Pro-Life Republican to Challenge Brian Baird

A pro-life conservative Republican, Michael Delavar will challenge Democrat Congressman Brian Baird (who is rated 100% pro-choice by NARAL) in the third congressional district of Washington State.  Here is what Michael has to say about protecting innocent human life:

Life begins at conception, and the right to life is an inalienable right granted by our Creator. Therefore, I believe that the right to life trumps the right to privacy. Roe vs. Wade is unconstitutional and should be overturned.  I support bills such as  H.R. 1094 (Sanctity of Life Act of 2007), which defines life as beginning at conception.  Ultimately, if a government fails to protect our fundamental right to life, it cannot be counted upon to protect our liberty.
